Cancellation Policy:
1.) The Client’s Cancellation:
You must provide us written notice by email at least 15-20 Days before the trip date if you need to cancel your reservation.
- Therewill be cancellation fees in accordance with the following policy:
- Atleast 30 Days before to the trip: 10% of the entire package price
- 15to 29 Days before to departure: 25% of the entire package price
- 7to 14 Days before to departure: 50% of the entire package price
- Not showing up or less than Seven days: 100% of the entire package price (no refund)
- Cancellationof any services in between your tours no refund is
2.) Policy and Refunds:
- Within 30-45 Business Days after the cancellation date, all refunds will be handled.
- The original payment method used at the time of booking will be credited with the refund.
- Please be aware that there are no refunds available for service fees, convenience fees, or other non-refundable items (like airline tickets or hotel reservations subject to third-party restrictions).
3.) Bookings that are not Refundable:
- At the time of booking, some reservations could be noted as Non- Refundable. Regardless of the date of cancellation, no refund will be given in such circumstances.
